Bowls
Unique and fully functional for any dish you care to serve, each bowl is turned from local reclaimed hardwood that is still in its wet stage. Like sinks as they dry the tree decides the final shape of the bowl, not perfectly round but not wildly warped due to the slower drying process.Once dry the bowl is thoroughly sanded from top to bottom, while also allowing some of the turning process to show through. Several coats of food safe oil are applied as well as inlaying 1-3 semi-precious stones which has no effect on the functionality. The last coat is a Mylands wax from London that helps preserve your bowl if never used functionally. You can serve most any food in these bowls including but not limited to soup, salad, low country boil and pasta dishes.
